I have this style strap on all my personal basses. I’ve never made these for anyone else.
I recently posted a picture of my basses with these straps, and had 2 people ask me to make them. So I thought I would make a couple to see if anyone else was interested…
We are calling this design “The Gecko”.
No lizards were endangered in the making of these straps.
 
This 3” wide strap is made from our Distressed Black/Gray leather from Acadia Leather.
The middle strap is Gray/Red “EP” from Opera Tannery- located in Tuscany, Italy.
Features a 3 piece buckle set.
The backing leather is lightly textured leather from Seidel Tanning.
Stitching is in Red thread

Adjusts anywhere from 47" to 57"

When purchasing a strap; please let us know if you will be using Schaller or Dunlop straplocks. We can make a 3/8" hole to accommodate these brands.
Otherwise straps will be shipped with the traditional hole and slit

We use cowhides purchased from leather suppliers around the United States.
Some of our favorite suppliers are Tasman Leather Group, Horween Leather, Wickett and Craig, and American Leather Direct.
These hides are shipped straight from the tannery and are considered much more "raw" than leather you might purchase from a department store.
This means that your leather product might have scratches, creases, bug bites, stretch marks, etc. If you do not want to see these marks on your leather goods, our products might not be for you. That’s just how REAL leather is.
We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the item prior to purchasing.
Our goal, to ship your item as soon as possible. Ready to ship does not mean same day or next day shipping; it means you avoid the long wait times of our standard production schedule.
Whenever possible, our items are shipped USPS Flat Rate within the United States.
We do offer a pick-up service for local customers.

All sales are final, however if you experience product failure we will happily replace it or issue a full refund upon return receipt and inspection.
Gecko Leather Works reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item is custom made or personalized, a refund or replacement will be issued only in the event of product failure.
In the event a refund is agreed to, please allow us up to 31 days to process from the date of the agreed refund.
We will exchange goods if they were a gift to you for any product of equal or higher value with the difference being paid. We will not refund any differences if you choose a lesser value item to the one you are exchanging.
We do not accept returns on used goods unless applicable to the terms stated above.
